The Apple Vision Pro just released at the WWDC 2023, I will be going over the main facts and specs in this blog. The first thing you need to know is it is priced at 3500$, which is 3x more than the meta headset. It has not officially released yet and is releasing in early 2024. A big component Apple advertised was the hands free usage. You only use your eyes to control the headset. It also is AR/VR so you can be completely immersed in a movie and switch to working on your laptop fast. It has 2 chips. The regular M1 And the new R2 chip. The hardware is very complicated and helps with a lot of things including reducing motion sickness. You can also control it with Siri or voice commands. If you want to work inside the headset there is a virtual keyboard. This is really good for multitasking because you have almost infinite space. There are 23 million pixels. For a scale representation it is 64x the amount of pixels from the latest Iphone. The worst part about this besides the price, is the 2 hour battery. This means that you might not be able to even finish a movie. But overall it seems like one of the changing points in immersive reality products.
